David Sanaya

Mr. David Sanaya is a Georgian entrepreneur and senior business executive with more than two decades of experience in international trade, manufacturing, forestry products, commodities, and property development. A graduate of the European Business School in London, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in European Business Administration with a focus on business management, economics, accounting, marketing, and human resource management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sanaya has successfully founded, managed, and expanded several companies operating in both domestic and international markets. His executive leadership experience includes serving as Shareholder and Commercial Director of Taxus Ltd, Chief Executive Officer of Eurochem Ltd, Director of Wood Pro Ltd, and leadership roles within the property development sector through GWG Development Ltd.

As a Board Member of ACE Free Zone, Mr. Sanaya contributes strategic guidance in investment attraction, industrial development, international trade, and commercial operations. His extensive understanding of regional business environments and long-term growth strategies supports ACE Free Zone’s objective of becoming a premier destination for global investors, manufacturers, logistics operators, and export-oriented enterprises.

Ahmed Diaa Elghonemy is an international entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with more than 28 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial development, international trade, investment promotion, and corporate management. Throughout his career, he has successfully established, managed, and expanded businesses across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Iraq, and Georgia, developing extensive expertise in global business operations, infrastructure development, and economic growth initiatives.

As Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of ACE Free Zone Georgia, Mr. Ahmed is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, operational growth, investor relations, and international business development activities. He plays a leading role in attracting foreign direct investment, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting the expansion of manufacturing, logistics, technology, and export-oriented industries within the Free Industrial Zone.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ahmed has worked closely with private investors, multinational corporations, government institutions, and international organizations on a wide range of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. His experience spans business development, investment structuring, project management, international trade, and market expansion across multiple regions and industries.

Mr. Osama Youssef Alshanti is a pioneering industrial entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with more than four decades of experience in industrial development, manufacturing, international investments, and business expansion throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. He is the Founder and Chairman of ACE Group, established in 1984, and the visionary founder behind ACE Free Zone Georgia, one of the largest privately developed industrial and logistics investment projects in the Caucasus region.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Alshanti has played a leading role in the establishment, acquisition, development, relocation, and financing of hundreds of industrial projects across sectors including plastics, paper, packaging, aluminum, beverages, chemicals, building materials, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing. Under his leadership, ACE Group has successfully participated in the development, acquisition, or relocation of more than 200 industrial facilities worldwide and has introduced numerous advanced manufacturing technologies to markets throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Alshanti has established strategic partnerships with leading international corporations, investors, and industrial groups across Europe, the United Kingdom, China, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.
